About the role
The Practice Lead drives high-quality therapeutic care across Out of Home Care services. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you coach leaders and frontline teams to embed evidence-based practice, strengthen capability, and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Duties
* Coach managers and teams to apply therapeutic frameworks
* Guide practice using evidence, data, and reflective tools
* Support compliance with legislation and quality standards
* Build capability through coaching, training, and feedback
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
* Proven expertise in Out of Home Care or child protection
* Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic models
* Ability to coach, train, and influence diverse teams
* Commitment to cultural safety and inclusivity
