Own and grow our delivery channel strategy, driving performance across existing platforms while unlocking new opportunities and occasions for customers to engage with our brand. You'll lead key delivery aggregator partnerships (e.g.UberEats and DoorDash) and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to bring initiatives to life in market. With a strong focus on the customer, you'll help shape a seamless, relevant, and high-performing delivery experience that drives growth, loyalty, and commercial impact.
ABOUT YOU
* Previous Brand Manager level (or equivalent) experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing with sales accountability
* Relevant tertiary degree with major in marketing or business-related discipline preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, particularly being able to explain technical concepts to people without deep technical knowledge.
* An understanding of behavioural science and how it influences customer decisions
* Strong commercial acumen and meticulous attention to detail
* The ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally
* Experience in a franchise business is beneficial but not essential
* QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or Food Delivery experience - highly regarded

* Define and evolve delivery channel strategy to unlock growth and new opportunities
* Analyse performance data to generate insights and guide strategic decisions
* Balance commercial and marketing priorities across owned channels and aggregators
* Provide thought leadership on customer trends and future opportunities
* Partner cross-functionally to integrate delivery with in-store and digital experiences
Aggregator Partnerships
* Lead relationships with delivery partners as the primary point of contact
* Build strong partnerships and negotiate outcomes that deliver mutual value
* Plan and execute joint campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales
Campaign Management
* Develop, launch, and optimise campaigns to grow delivery performance
* Identify cross-promotional opportunities to expand reach
* Manage budgets and track ROI to maximise impact
Market & Competitive Insights
* Stay across industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
* Use insights to inform strategy and strengthen market position
