We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to manage large-scale projects in New South Wales.
This role involves overseeing the development of Deposited Plans, Strata Plans, Identification Surveys, Council Town Planning submissions, Expert Reports, and similar tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional solutions for clients.
3. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client needs.
4. Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments to ensure accuracy and quality.
5. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* 7 years of surveying experience in NSW, with a proven track record of success.
* TAFE qualification or surveying degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in surveying principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
* Proficiency with Magnet Office software, as well as other relevant tools and technologies.
* Nationwide Drivers license, allowing for flexible work arrangements and travel.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency, ensuring eligibility for work in Australia.
* Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
* Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, committed to delivering exceptional results and meeting client expectations.
