Airport Culture Manager Role
We're seeking an experienced leader to join our airport team as a Culture Manager. This is a unique opportunity to shape the workplace culture and drive positive change in our airport teams.
The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, overseeing the implementation of people strategy, ensuring alignment with national objectives and operational needs. They will also coach and mentor other leaders, providing guidance on performance management, policy, and reward recognition.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of the people strategy for the airport.
* Coach and mentor other leaders on people leadership skills.
* Partner with the Airport Manager to drive business results.
* Manage relationships with union representatives and employee groups.
Requirements:
* tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent experience
* passion for people and workplace culture
* experience leading large teams in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
* strong HR knowledge and ability to navigate complex people matters
