Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Specialist
This role focuses on providing flexible support to children from birth to 6 years of age and their families.

* Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide in-home support to families experiencing early parenting difficulties through collaborative care models.
2. Offer evidence-based practice to strengthen parenting capacity, improve family functioning, and focus on the health and wellbeing of vulnerable children and their families.
3. Empower families to make informed decisions related to their children's health and development by working with the primary carer.
4. Deliver health promotion through education and information on parenting topics, including breastfeeding, early learning, nutrition, and immunisation.
5. Identify and address potential issues early, and facilitate connections with other support systems for families.
Requirements:
* A Division 1 Registered Nurse (AHPRA) qualification.
* A Registered Midwife (AHPRA) qualification.
* A Graduate Diploma or Masters degree in Maternal and Child Health, Family and Child Health, or equivalent.
* Previous experience as an Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Nurse.
* A current Victorian driver's licence.
* A Working with Children Check.
