The role as Retail Supervisor will see you support the Store Manager in overseeing the management of their Chatswood or Parramatta stores, leading a high-end sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and build successful client relations.
Job Overview:
Along with the Store Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the store's operations and representing the brand. The role ensures that the highest standards of service are maintained, all business objectives are exceeded, and the brands cultural values are upheld.

- Be a brand ambassador.
- Maintain a positive demeanor, professional body language, and strong personal presentation.
- Display integrity, honesty, and respect for others in all interactions.
- Cultivate a motivating and educational environment that empowers team members to realise their full potential and develop future leaders.
- Champion diversity and inclusiveness within the team, with customers, and across the brand.
- Hold the team accountable to their goals and provide regular feedback to foster development.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships at all levels through effective communication, prioritizing the company's success over individual needs.
- Foster a proactive selling culture that focuses on turning walk-in customers into loyal, long-term clients.
- Ensure service excellence is a top priority by training the team, offering one-on-one coaching, modeling selling behaviors, and personally engaging with top clients.
- Maintain strong awareness and involvement with key clients.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating and maintaining an environment that reflects a high level of sophistication, in line with the brands lifestyle philosophy.
