About the role
Join them as a SuccessFactors Business Analyst (Employee Central) to support and optimise Position Management processes, ensuring data accuracy, system governance, and alignment to workforce planning initiatives
Duties
* Gather business requirements and translate them into system and process improvements within SAP SuccessFactors EC
* Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and operations on position management and workforce governance
* Work closely with the vendor to ensure solution design and delivery align to business needs
* Analyse and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring integration with payroll and rostering systems
* Provide training, support, and guidance to HR and business users
Skills & experience
* Strong Business Analysis experience in HRIS projects, preferably within SuccessFactors Employee Central
* In-depth knowledge of Position Management including hierarchy, matrix relationships, and FTE management
* Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Report Stories, People Analytics, Ad Hoc reports)
* Proven ability to support HRIS improvement projects (requirements gathering, testing, documentation)
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
