DiJones is building a lean, high performing Development Team designed for fast, meaningful delivery on 7-day sprint cycles. We're looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to be the engineering anchor of the team owning architecture, setting standards and leading quality across everything we build.
This is a hands on leadership role where you'll shape technical direction while still building.
What You'll Do:
* Lead technical architecture, solution design and engineering standards
* Build scalable .NET and Azure-based applications and integrations
* Mentor and support mid-level developers, ensuring quality and consistency
* Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, pipelines and cloud environments
* Collaborate closely with Brand & Marketing as product owners in an Agile setup
Experience & Skills:
* 6+ years' experience in .NET development
* Strong experience with Azure PaaS and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, repos)
* Proven technical leadership in high-velocity Agile teams
* Strong experience in API design, integrations and cloud architecture
* Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership

* Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps
