Job Description
The Role
We are looking for an Associate with 3–5 years' post‐qualification experience in front‐end construction to join our growing Construction practice in Sydney.
In this role, you will work closely with Katie Joukadjian, who leads our transactional Construction practice in Australia. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of our globally integrated Construction team and play a central role in supporting complex infrastructure, energy and transport projects — including large‐scale data centres, renewable energy assets, mining, oil and gas and major urban infrastructure developments — both domestically and across the APAC and MENA regions. This role offers the benefits of joining a specialist front‐end construction team while being fully integrated into a broader, high‐performing transactional platform.
You will contribute to a range of front-end construction matters, including:
* Drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts (for example, EPC, D&C, GMP, ITC and ECI) and ancillary project documentation
* Advising on procurement strategies and project structuring
* Supporting clients across sectors such as transport, energy, social infrastructure and commercial development
* Working with interdisciplinary teams on complex, cross-border matters.
