Job Title: Experienced Wills and Estates Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Wills and Estates administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in all aspects of Wills and Estates, including preparation of Wills, EPOAs, and associated estate planning documents. Strong word processing, typing, and collating skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to accurately amend and format documents quickly is crucial.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the preparation of Wills, EPOAs, and other estate planning documents.
* Word processing, typing, and collating correspondence and other documents.
* Digital dictation when required.
* Attending to file opening, preparing costs letters, and archiving files once completed.
* Generating trust and office receipts and cheque requisition.
* Effectively managing and maintaining calendars, monitoring client timeframes, and providing reminders as necessary.
Requirements:
Strong experience as a legal secretary or administrator in a Wills & Estates practice.
Self-starter with initiative, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
A demonstrated understanding of legal terminology, principles, procedures, and forms is also essential.
