The purpose of the role of Business Services Manager/Senior Manager is to manage and co-ordinate the Business Services Team and deliver accounting services to your allocated Business Services clients.
The opportunity:
Reporting into the Principal you will provide leadership by managing a team of technically strong, intelligent accountants to help service a portfolio of around $1 million. You will get involved in everything like supporting staff, managing client relationships, compliance and business developing. As always with this firm, there will be advancement and learning opportunities throughout your time there.
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 7 years' public practice experience.
* Use the leadership experience you have gained over the last couple of years to help your team and your client portfolio achieve their goals.
* If you have exposure to workflow planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, Financial statement analysis, cashflow monitoring, and financial reporting.
* Conduct workflow meetings every week
* Liaise with clients on the phone and in person
* Identify new opportunities for the firm
* Xero experience is vital
