Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team as a lead installer and factory hand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the installation of custom joinery projects with precision and attention to detail
* Work collaboratively in the factory to craft high-quality joinery and furniture pieces
* Handle both custom joinery and solid timber furniture work with confidence
* Contribute to refining and improving systems and processes for better efficiency
* Maintain high safety standards in the workshop and on-site installations
Requirements:
* Qualified Cabinet Maker with hands-on experience in both installation and factory work
* Strong knowledge of solid timber furniture and joinery craftsmanship
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Passion for continuous improvement and collaboration
* A commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and organised workspace
