The Role
Join Our Team of Safety-Obsessed Warehouse Workers! Toll People SA is seeking safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a freight sorter on a casual labour hire basis. Are you passionate about safety and ready to make a difference in warehouse operations? Look no further! We have opportunities for RF scanning and voice picking specialists, dock hands, and general labourers.
Key Responsibilities
- Embrace our safety-first culture by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Utilise RF scanning technology to track and manage inventory accurately.
- Engage in voice picking processes to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.
- Loading and unloading goods.
- Sorting and organising inventory.
- Maintaining a clean and protected workspace.
- Assisting with various warehouse tasks as needed.
- Occasionally required to be on-call for urgent shifts.
Skills & Experience
- A valid driver's license
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including RF scanning and voice picking systems.
