Overview
This is a full time locum contract for a Band 7 Community Psychiatric Nurse in the Mental Health Liaison Practitioner Department, primarily based in the South Fens and working within community settings and general practice. The role starts immediately and runs for three months, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Responsibilities
* Conduct initial triages and deliver complex assessments in primary care settings.
* Act as a liaison with general practitioners to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.
* Attend referral meetings to discuss and coordinate patient treatment plans.
* Provide supervision and support to junior staff within the team.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and professional standards, maintaining a high quality of care.
* Obtain an enhanced DBS check to work with vulnerable groups in this capacity.
