Job Overview
This role is crucial in shaping the future of sustainability with world-changing innovations and low-carbon technologies.
You will work on a 5-panel roster, alternating between days and nights. The schedule includes 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct laboratory analyses as determined by the work schedule.
* Initiate repeat sampling and analysis when unusual results occur or there are potential issues with sample integrity.
* Enter data accurately into information systems, verify results, and conduct comparisons with historical performance trends and reviews.
* Assist in troubleshooting refinery process issues and record corrective actions.
* Follow detailed standards and methods required to maintain the laboratory's ISO accreditation under direction.
* Assist in developing, improving, and maintaining laboratory standard operations.
You will also be responsible for calibrating laboratory equipment, completing operational maintenance and basic troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities to improve safety systems and work practices in both the laboratory and refinery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
