This role will see you working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
To be considered for this role you will be a commercially focused and astute lawyer with 3‑6 PQE, with front‑end commercial experience gained in a quality law firm.
You will enjoy working on a broad mix of matters including complex contractual negotiations, general commercial advice and regulatory and industry specific issues.
You will be an excellent communicator and problem‑solver, and someone who can work both independently and in a team.

To be considered for this strictly Adelaide‑based role you will be an Australian lawyer with a current unrestricted practising certificate and relevant experience.
