Join our new Portfolio Management Office & Enablement (PMO&E) branch, accountable for managing the lifecycle of Finance Technology and Commercial (FTC) divisions portfolio of projects, delivering a pathway for end-to-end execution, and for providing enabling services to the division to ensure efficient and effective operations.
This is your opportunity to shape the future of project management at Transport for NSW.
In this role, you'll:
* Establish and lead the Project Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive consistency, best practices and performance across the Finance, Technology and Commercial (FTC) division.
* Build a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to provide expertise in project management and project controls utilising various methodologies.
* Develop and deploy processes and tools to support the delivery of FTC projects.
* Implement and embed a scalable digital assurance framework, aligning tools, processes and methodologies to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Provide training and coaching to support the use of project tools, processes and delivery methodologies.
* Support continuous improvement and ensure lessons learnt are captured and actively considered on future initiatives.
* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

About you
You're an inspiring leader with extensive experience in project delivery and have a proven record delivering results in complex, fast paced environments. You'll have successfully led teams through change, created centre's of excellence, aligned frameworks, fostered collaboration and driven strategic outcomes.
You'll hold tertiary qualifications, including in P3M3. Experience with implementing P3M3 and Six Sigma methodologies to assess and improve project, program and portfolio maturity and to drive process improvement and operational efficiency will be advantageous.
You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes that meet both organisational and government objectives. With people at the heart, you thrive on building high performing teams, uplifting capabilities, and embedding innovation.
