The Role
We have a great opportunity for you to join as a Territory Manager.
Based out of Kalgoorlie - Gold Fields you willbe responsible for the growth and retention of select Managed Customers and seeking and converting new business prospects.
Additional responsibilities in this role also include:
Winning, retaining and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market is significant to this role
Identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects
Develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
Provide technical assistance, solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
Working collaboratively across internal functions and plants
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation
Thorough knowledge of price and contract management
Experience growing existing accounts, generation and conversion
Excellent time management skills afford a results focused approach, you take initiative
Natural negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Although not essential, welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience will be highly regarded
You have the ability to travel and hold a clean driver's license - essential
