You'll optimise LEAP's Salesforce suite which includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to ensure high performance, data integrity, and smooth integration with other business systems. LEAP is a complex, global and expanding organisation and your role sits in the Sydney Headquarters - you'll work with the latest technologies and have exposure to projects that support global platform effectiveness.To make this happen, you will;Design, build, and implement Salesforce enhancements including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboardsLead Salesforce integration with other business systems such as marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot), ERP, and customer service platformsManage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses across multiple teams and geographiesMaintain system security and integrity, ensuring adherence to best practices and data compliance standardsMonitor system performance, usage, and data quality; recommend and implement improvementsStay up to date on Salesforce platform releases and leverage new features to improve business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutionsWhat You'll BringYou'll have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, along with the following:Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and declarative automation toolsIn-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce functionalityExperience with third-party integrations and tools such as HubSpot, DocuSign, Conga, or similar platformsExperience working in fast-paced, SaaS or technology-driven environmentsSalesforce Administrator CertificationYou Are The Type Of Person WhoHas the ability to think out of the box - not all our tasks are standard so neither are the solutionsHas a positive attitude - things might not always go as expected but we maintain optimism and win, nonethelessIs clear and concise in your verbal and written communicationIs a team player - we reach our goals together and help each other to succeed.Has a passion for keeping up with the latest trends and best practicesLEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
