About the role
Glassons is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our team in Queensland Brisbane. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales success. This is a full-time and permanent roles based at Queensland Brisbane locations.
We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
* Store Manager
* Assistant Store Manager
* Stockroom Manager
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing all day-to-day store operations, including staffing, inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
* Coaching, developing and leading a high-performing team of Sales Associates to meet and exceed sales targets
* Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture and ensuring excellent customer service
* Implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer traffic and sales
* Continuously analysing store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Maintaining store presentation, visual standards, and health and safety compliance
* Collaborating with the regional management team to support broader business initiatives
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in retail management
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
* Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to drive a sales-focused culture
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
* Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and financial reporting
