The role of the Senior Consulting Solutions Principal is to provide expert counsel and guidance to customers, helping them to achieve their business goals through customized solutions. This involves working closely with sales and delivery teams to articulate the value proposition of our services and solutions.
* Work with sales organizations to define, propose, and grow business solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
* Gather and document customer-specific scope requirements and expectations for value-based outcomes in coordination with Services Account/Client Executives.
* Collaborate with Solutions Principals, Delivery Leads, and Subject Matter Experts to develop solution proposals that satisfy customer-specific scope requirements and value-based outcomes.
Key qualifications for this role include:
* 8+ years of related experience at a senior-level consultative skillset providing counsel across sales/presales and delivery.
* Expert understanding of IT product and services portfolio, including emerging technologies, trends, and solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor offerings to meet the unique aspects of a given customer scenario and maximize the value of our solutions.
* A strong and persuasive sales-oriented personality that can partner with and influence our Sales Teams and Delivery Teams to position and win business.
