We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will be based in Perth (Wangara HQ), with travel across Australia to support mining and industrial projects. You'll be responsible for project delivery from end to end — from scoping and quoting through to execution, financial performance, and client success.
Our business is well known for identifying unique solutions to complex projects, to support this we are seeking an experienced professional with a technical mind set capable of identifying solutions in complex environments.
THE ROLE:
* Scope, quote and deliver complex projects across multiple industrial and mining sites
* Manage onsite operations and team members to ensure safe and efficient delivery
* Oversee labour mobilisation, recruitment, rostering and performance
* Review engineering designs and provide feedback to ensure tailored solutions to the scope are of high quality
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams across all project stages
* Monitor and control project budgets, variations and invoicing
* Implement HSEQ systems and ensure legislative compliance across worksites
* Lead toolbox meetings, safety initiatives, and incident reporting
* Support the growth of our operations through strategic improvements
* Assist with tender submissions, proposals, and business development
ABOUT YOU:
* Minimum 5 years' experience managing projects within remediation, industrial or mining sectors
* Experience in managing rope access or scaffolding projects will be highly advantageous
* Proven ability to scope and quote technical projects
* Strong knowledge of HSEQ and WHS legislation
* Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management
* Hands-on, solutions-driven leadership style
* Confidence in managing multiple concurrent projects and teams
* Strong organisational, reporting, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to coordinate and drive onsite operations to achieve performance targets.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing site teams
* Demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and experience with the ability to identify and implement solutions in complex environments.
* Highly motivated with good time management skills Strong financial and operational management skills.
* Ability to travel to national projects as required
