What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate and detailed estimates across a variety of electrical projects.
- Reviewing drawings, specs, and site conditions to make sure nothing gets missed.
- Making sure every quote ticks the box for AS3000 and NSW standards.
- Teaming up with supervisors, sparkies, and suppliers for reliable costings.
- Uploading and managing docs, photos, and compliance reports via client portals.
- Assisting with tenders, variations, and cost breakdowns — keeping it sharp, accurate, and competitive.
- Search for potential government, healthcare and education tender.
What We’re Looking For
- Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent trade qualification).
- 5+ years’ experience as an electrician or estimator in a service-based company.
- A solid understanding of AS3000 and NSW regs.
- Confidence reading drawings and technical specs.
- Sharp eye for detail and accuracy (you notice the little things)attention to details.
- Strong communication skills — with the team, clients, and suppliers.
- Tendering experience for councils, government, or commercial fit out projects.
- NSW Electrical License (desirable, not essential).
