**About Our Client**:
We are working with a one-stop provider of integrated energy, housing, transportation and infrastructure solutions. They operate and maintain WA's largest natural gas distribution network and deliver a cost effective, sustainable energy choice
- In consultation with key stakeholders, establish the key IM objectives for ATCO within Australia and ensure the execution of activities contributing to these objectives being achieve
- Establish and implement best practice policies and procedures regarding document storage, sharing, transmission, and destruction
- Maintains current knowledge of best practices and developments in document management technologies and techniques
- Provide advice and direction on information management practices and implement Information Management (IM) initiatives within the business
- Provide advice on IM matters and act as the SME for the Enterprise Information Management system
- Analyse information and data to gain insights into business performance in the IM domain to inform and develop delivery of information management capability and upskilling training, and ensure usage is adherent to current policies and procedures and best practice
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Supporting and maintaining Information Governance and Management standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Enterprise Information Management
- Analysing and interpreting business needs in the IM space and developing appropriate business solutions is highly regarded
- Dealing with all levels of an organisation and tailoring information (documentation, reports, or presentations) to suit the audience
- Leading continuous improvement of processes, system, and services, through facilitating reviews, analysis, stakeholder survey analysis and other research and benchmarking activities, to support implementation of changes
