Support Officer [FRS/OPS Support] (AO3) Qld Fire and Rescue

The ideal candidate will have a C Class driver's licence, government purchasing qualifications, and knowledge or experience with human resource and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support including correspondence, reports, secretariat duties.
* Manage office duties: mail, filing, diary, travel, equipment maintenance.
* Coordinate HR and finance activities, ensuring compliance.
* Utilize databases for reporting and record maintenance.
* Maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Develop and train on administrative processes.
* Prioritize workload and resolve issues proactively.
