Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated residential care professional to lead one of our youth care homes, supporting children and young people with complex needs.
In this vital position, you'll oversee daily care, guide a team of carers, and help create a safe, therapeutic environment where young people can feel supported.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Hamilton within our out-of-home care program.

The position reports to the Regional Coordinator.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care), or other similar or relevant tertiary qualifications.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential care field, particularly within a therapeutic environment.
Proven skills and experience in development of behaviour management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours.
Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.

Requirements
You must have a Valid and current Driver's Licence;
Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by us);
Valid Employee Working with Children Check;
Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check (for risk assessed / client facing roles).
