Position Purpose
The Customer Service Representative is an agile role responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar, and administration.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
* Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel accessories, and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings.
* Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facility and workstations.
* Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and inventory record maintenance.
* Assist in events, promotions, and class offerings.
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age.
* Unlimited working rights.
* Driver licence.
* Previous customer service or retail experience.
* Passionate about health & fitness and hitting sales targets.
* Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* Preferred: 1year of sales experience; 1year of customer service experience.
* Preferred: First Aid certification.
* Work authorisation: Australia.
