What you'll be doing
Preparing metal components for powder coating and sand blasting using appropriate techniques
Carefully operating powder coating and sand blasting equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
Maintaining equipment and work areas to ensure efficient and safe production
Collaborating with the broader manufacturing team to meet production targets
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to a culture of continuous learning
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a powder coating or sand blasting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures
Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn and develop recent skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
