Recruitment Compliance & Resource Consultant – Education Sector

We're expanding and seeking a Resource Consultant to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, flexible, and rewarding environment.
Initially the role will be working from home full time 5 days per week until we secure an office which will then move to 4 days in branch and 1 day working from home.
What You'll Do
* Source, screen, and clear candidates for roles in education settings
* Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards
* Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Collaborate with consultants to meet placement targets
What We're Looking For
* Experience in recruitment, compliance, or safeguarding (education sector preferred)
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
* Positive attitude and resilient mindset
