Join us as a Senior Manager – CI Strategy and help shape the future of Consumer Insurance at Suncorp.About the RoleAs the Senior Manager CI Strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the development of the Consumer Insurance strategy, ensuring alignment with broader Enterprise strategy and goals.You'll lead structured problem-solving sessions, strategic workshops, deliver strategic insights, and support key planning activities across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of Consumer Insurance strategy aligned with Group Strategy.Lead hypothesis-driven problem solving and strategic analysis.Deliver market scans, competitor analysis, and commercial insights.Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders including ELT, Board, and regulators.Design and facilitate outcome driven strategy workshopsLead key components of business planning and track progress against strategic milestones.Provide ad hoc strategic and commercial analysis as required.What You'll Bring~7 years' experience in Corporate or Business Unit Strategy, including leadership roles.Minimum 5 years in Strategy Consulting at a top-tier firm (preferred).
Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not essentialProficient analytical, financial, and strategic problem-solving skillsProficiency in strategic frameworks, first principles & structured problem-solving, and valuation techniques.Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.Expert-level writing (PowerPoint writing) and presentation skills for executive audiences.Key RelationshipsYou'll work closely with:Consumer Insurance Chief Executive and Leadership TeamEnterprise StrategyInsurance Australia CFOWhy Join Us?
