Main Responsibilities:
* Mix and serve drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages to guests
* Greet guests, take beverage orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Provide recommendations and promotions based on knowledge of drink recipes, wine characteristics, and menu items
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique mixers and garnishes for beverages
* Verify age requirements for alcohol purchase, handle cash transactions, and balance receipts
* Ensure that the assigned bar area is equipped with necessary tools and products, and prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed
* Serve food items to guests seated at the bar, and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming
