Job Summary:
A Central Coast or Newcastle-based financial services company is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with mortgage brokers, onboard new brokers, and identify growth opportunities in commercial lending.
The ideal candidate will have experience in lending or account management, be passionate about innovation and personal development in the financial industry, and possess a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new mortgage broker clients
* Onboarding and training new brokers to ensure seamless integration into the team
* Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in commercial lending
