Overview
The Night Coach Detailer plays a vital role in ensuring Pinnacle Travel Group's vehicles, depot, and business facilities maintain the highest presentation and safety standards. This newly created role, reporting and working alongside the Night Coach Detailing Lead, is a hands-on overnight position that will ensure all vehicles and facilities are prepared for operations the following day.
Responsibilities
* Conduct nightly inspections to ensure vehicles are spotless, stocked, and ready for service.
* Assist the detailing team in conducting half/full cleaning on vehicles, prioritising per services conducted and services scheduled for the following day.
* Assist with the management of stock levels: cleaning supplies and consumables, and reporting when
* Maintain depot cleanliness including offices, amenities, and workshop areas.
* Assist in the recording of task completions, reporting vehicle damages/defects when identified, and escalation of maintenance needs where required.
* Assist in the communication of key updates or incidents to the day Operations Team for seamless handover.
* Work closely with the Detailing Lead, and the Workshop and Operations teams to align priorities.
* Provide a detailed handover to the AM Operations Coordinator each shift as required.
What You'll Bring
* Prior fleet/vehicle cleaning experience.
* Valid WA driver's licence (Medium or Heavy Rigid classifications advantageous)
* Strong understanding of fatigue management, safety compliance, chemical usage, and cleaning standards.
* Keen eye for detail and a shared value in the presentation of our products and services.
* Prior experience operating large vehicles in built up areas is very beneficial.
