Mindkit Psychology is a small, neurodivergent-led private practice
based in Melbourne
and Australia-wide via telehealth.
We offer on-site sessions from Melbourne-based rooms and nationwide telehealth.

We are hiring our first new team members to help shape the growth of a practice built on authentic, lived experience and affirming care. This position can be offered as either a contractor agreement or a permanent employee role, depending on your preference. We anticipate appointing up to two clinicians if the right people apply.

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for working with neurodivergent adults. Blend deep therapy with the intellectual engagement of assessment to protect against burnout and maintain growth.
* Flexible structure and competitive compensation:
Two remuneration pathways are available.
