We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Account Manager to manage online sales accounts, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key clients. We're seeking an ambitious and commercially savvy eCommerce Account Manager to turbocharge growth across our online retail partners. This role is pivotal to driving revenue, market share, and digital brand excellence in a dynamic, fast-moving channel.
Skills
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and online marketing strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong commercial acumen and data fluency
Ability to analyse data and drive growth and sales performance
Exceptional stakeholder management, both internal and external
Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving revenue targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Responsibilities
Manage strategic online sales plans and accounts for key clients, including monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies
Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, conducting regular business reviews, and offering solutions to meet their needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on account priorities and objectives
Seek new channel opportunities through agile experimentation and digital-first thinking
Drive category growth and joint business planning with key accounts
Create and manage digital trading calendars that optimise product visibility, innovation sell-in, and availability
ROI-focused campaign execution and performance tracking, in partnership with our digital agency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in eCommerce account management or related role, preferably managing Amazon or Marketplace accounts
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and platforms like Amazon
