Senior Cybersecurity Recruiter | Melbourne or Sydney
We're hiring a specialist Cybersecurity Recruiter to join Wipro's growing Cybersecurity practice in ANZ.
This is not a generalist IT role — we're looking for someone who lives and breathes the cyber talent market.
You must bring an established cybersecurity talent network and the ability to engage and influence niche, in-demand talent.
What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end hiring across Cybersecurity roles (IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, GRC, Engineering)
* Leverage your existing network to build high-quality pipelines in a competitive market
* Partner closely with Cybersecurity Practice, Delivery & Operations teams to align hiring with demand
* Support internal resourcing and mobility, unlocking talent across the organisation
* Act as a market-facing ambassador, positioning Wipro's Cybersecurity capability with credibility
What we're looking for
* Proven Cybersecurity recruitment experience (essential)
* Strong, active network within the cyber talent community
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and candidates alike
* Experience in complex, matrix environments (onsite/offshore exposure a plus)
