We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects across Queensland. This role is ideal for a hands‐on leader with a strong track record of delivering multi‐million‐dollar projects, exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive quality, safety and productivity on‐site.
This is a full‐time role that can be based in Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast.
What you'll be doing
* Lead day‐to‐day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow
* Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Project Manager and senior leadership team
* Manage site documentation, including safety records, daily reports, schedules, and quality assurance documentation
* Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
* Identify issues early and implement solutions to minimise delays or cost impacts
* Support commissioning, handover, and close‐out activities
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role within the construction industry
* Proven ability to deliver multi‐million‐dollar commercial or residential projects
* Proficiency with general software tools such as MS Office, project management platforms, and digital site management apps
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation, quality systems, and construction methodologies
