Hydrilla is a leader in the Commercial Pool and Aquatics Industry, working on some of the most iconic pools and aquatic projects Australia wide. Our work varies from Design and Construction, Major Renovations, Repairs and Servicing for pools and water treatment systems in public and commercial spaces.

Our Service Department is made up of incredible technicians working tirelessly to maintain all kinds of public aquatic facilities (think schools, hotels/motels/campgrounds, aquatic centres, hydrotherapy centres, and many more). They travel the breadth of South Australia keeping pool patrons safe by ensuring water quality is second to none. This includes preventative maintenance, breakdowns, and minor repairs.

To support our Service Department and the growth within our service division, we have created a new permanent full-time role for a Service Coordinator based in our Dudley Park, SA office to assist in the scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of technicians. This role is vital in the successful management of our service technicians' time and ensuring optimum water quality for our clients' facilities.

This role reports to the Service Manager and would ideally be full time, however part time hours for would be considered for the right candidate.

Duties will include but not be limited to

* Customer Service: Offer a high level of customer service and support, and build or maintain long term positive relationships with our customers
* Superior time management and organisation: Effective scheduling of service jobs, balancing the technician's time and level of urgency of job
* Point of Call: Act as the main point of contact from our service clients and prioritise works based on urgency and technician availability
* Reporting: Distribute detailed reports to customers in a timely manner

The successful candidate will possess:

Essential:

* Unrestricted rights to work in Australia (we are unable to sponsor overseas applications or support working visas with restrictions currently)
* Self-driven and proven ability to work alone
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong focus on attention to detail

Desirable:

* Experience as a service or job coordinator, or in an administrative role
* Qualifications and/or experience in field servicing and preventative maintenance
* Experience in, and/or understanding of water monitoring, balancing and dosing
