About our Opportunity
This role involves coordinating the installation of our products as an integral team member of our Albury branch.
You will be the conduit between our customers, manufacturing department, and installers in the field, ensuring timely and efficient job scheduling.
In this position, you'll:
* Liaise with production regarding product completion
* Schedule installation dates in line with production dates and customer needs
* Work in partnership with customers, installers, and internal personnel
* Prepare documentation for installations
* Cross-check installer invoices
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks. You must work calmly and efficiently with tight deadlines and possess enthusiasm for working in a rapidly changing and challenging environment.
Additionally, you'll require strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Suite is essential, along with the ability to quickly gain competency with in-house systems.
