Key position responsibilities
* Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and find solutions
* Collaborate with various teams to implement changes and prevent problems
* Build strong relationships with operators and maintenance technicians to drive solutions
* Lead projects to improve processes and efficiency
* Identify opportunities to save costs and improve results
* Ensure our operations meet high standards for quality and safety
* Cover tasks for other team members as needed
About you
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen) (preferable)
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (preferable)
* Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment (preferable)
* Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
