As a Business Advisory Manager, you'll work closely with Partners and a high‐performing team to deliver practical, commercial outcomes for a diverse client base. You'll take ownership of client engagements while also playing a key role in team leadership and development.

• Managing and reviewing financial statements and work papers
• Advising clients on complex accounting, tax and commercial matters
• Identifying opportunities to add value to clients' businesses
• Delivering complex tax planning and compliance services
• Managing workflow, budgets and engagement delivery
• Coaching, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and capability of the Business Advisory team

• A Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major
• 5+ years' experience within Professional Services
• Previous experience managing and developing staff
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous professional development
• Business development exposure and a genuine interest in growing client relationships will be highly regarded.
