We are currently seeking a driven and hands-on Branch Performance Supervisor to lead one of our locations and drive outstanding results through strong frontline leadership, operational excellence, and a high-performing team culture.
About the Role
As Branch Performance Supervisor, you will take full ownership of branch performance across sales, customer experience, fleet presentation, operations, and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead from the front, support day-to-day operations, coach your team to perform at a high level, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium SIXT experience. You will play a key role in driving branch performance by balancing operational discipline with strong commercial awareness and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive branch sales performance and revenue growth through strong leadership, coaching, and customer engagement
* Build and lead a high-performing team focused on accountability, ownership, and results
* Create a strong sales culture by coaching team members to maximise every customer interaction
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
* Monitor and drive key branch KPIs across sales, utilisation, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
* Ensure vehicles and branch facilities are maintained to premium presentation standards at all times
* Oversee day-to-day branch operations with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and compliance
* Manage customer concerns professionally and effectively to support long-term customer loyalty and retention
* Support rostering, workflow management, and operational planning to maximise branch performance
* Partner closely with your Area Performance Manager to deliver results across the 5 P's — People, Product, Processes, Premises, and Profit
About You
* You are an energetic, customer-focused leader who thrives in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys motivating teams to achieve strong results.
* To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, or service-based leadership roles
* A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* A track record of achieving and exceeding sales or operational targets
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capability
* A passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* High levels of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
* Confidence working with KPIs, reports, and performance metrics
* The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced operational environment
* Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
* A current and valid Australian driver's licence
* Vehicle rental industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
