About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our property management portfolio. You’ll build strong relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Prospecting and securing new property management listings
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, investors, and referral networks
* Conducting rental appraisals and providing market advice
* Promoting the CENTURY 21 brand through community engagement and networking
* Working closely with our property management and sales teams
* Meeting and exceeding KPIs with generous commission incentives

You’ll ideally have:
* Previous experience in business development, sales, or real estate
* A strong & confident phone presence - the ability to pick up the phone & make things happen
* Strong interpersonal skills
* A proactive and driven personality with the ability to work independently
* A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willing to obtain)
