We have a Permanent Part time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients in Brisbane Bayside - Redland Bay and surrounding regions.

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:
* Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
* Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g., transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)

What do we need from you?
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.
* Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
* Experience in care role highly regarded
