We are seeking an experienced Leader to spearhead our hospitality team and drive sales growth.

* Champion team coaching and mentoring, guest initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations.
* Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager in developing and driving marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial controls.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
