We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the successful completion of a building development project. This role is ideal for an individual who can effectively manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate multiple contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise contractors across various disciplines including earthworks, fencing, plumbing, electrical, civil trades and more.
* Oversee daily site operations to ensure works are completed safely on schedule and to specification.
* Conduct regular site inspections, maintain quality standards and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
* Monitor program progress, update project documentation and report to the Project Manager.
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies and relevant industry standards.
* Manage materials, equipment deliveries and subcontractor scheduling to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience delivering building or development projects of similar size and complexity.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and coordination of multi-discipline contractors.
* A proactive solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
* Current driver's licence and relevant construction industry certifications.
