The Opportunity
We are seeking a practical, community-minded individual to monitor maritime safety and support transport operations along the Kimberley coast.
Are you passionate about the ocean, marine safety and proud to call Broome home? This role puts you at the heart of the Kimberley's recreational maritime safety, compliance and education. If you know the Kimberley waters and want a job that combines practical skills with protecting your community, this is your chance to make waves locally.
Your role will include compliance and education duties in all aspects of Marine Safety and On Demand Transport functions.

Job Requirements:
About you
* Skilled or keen in maritime safety and operations.
* Comfortable working independently and making quick decisions.
* Clear communicator who builds positive relationships.
* Reliable, organised, and safety-focused.
* Enjoys variety and contributing to the community.
* Possession of or willingness to obtain Coxswain Grade 2 (Near Coastal) is essential.
