About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dynamic Psychology team as an Allied Health Assistant.
You will be embedded within the Psychology team, working with a large team of psychologists and clinical psychologists, providing support to patients within the Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Service on the Bloomfield Health Campus.
This role would suit an undergraduate or person currently studying psychology to gain hands on experience working alongside the Psychology team.
This is a varied role and may include individual therapeutic support, such as implementing behaviour support plans, or supporting counselling and/or assessment sessions. There is also an opportunity to conduct group interventions and psychoeducation.
