The Role
Join a leading QLD Government Department, supporting the Caboolture District office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, detail-focused administrator to support the wider Business Support team.
Responsibilities include:
Perform Work Order Creation (WOC) and Work Order Management (WOM) within Ellipse with high accuracy
Shared inbox management
Collate and interpret data using Microsoft Excel
Liaise with operational staff & supervisors
Assist with reception duties (answering calls, visitor sign-ins, vehicle bookings etc)
What we're looking for:
Proven administration experience (experience within a construction environment or similar is highly regarded)
Basic to intermediate MS Office Suite experience, including Excel
High attention to detail & accuracy when compiling documents, reports or updating records
Finance administration experience would be beneficial
