Truck Bay Supervisor Role
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for leading the truck bay team in delivering exceptional maintenance services.
* Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest engine products.
* Independently diagnose complex issues and execute comprehensive repairs.
* Foster productive customer relationships and ensure prompt attention to customer needs.
* Coach junior technicians on preventative maintenance and repair techniques.
* Elevate unresolved issues to product specialists/engineering teams for resolution.
* Promote additional sales and service opportunities with customers.
* Ensure a clean and well-maintained work area and tools.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
* Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent qualification.
* Advanced workshop or field service experience.
* Expert knowledge of engine products.
* HR License is preferred but not essential.
* Experience in providing technical guidance and coaching to junior technicians.
* Cummins Experience is advantageous.
